Topic 6.2 Externalities
This whole week will be SHORT FRQs for Topic 6.2, Externalities.
Students should take 2 1/2 minutes to prepare the rubric on how the questions
will be graded. Students will then begin Question #2 or #3 (short FRQ) and
have 12 1/2 minutes to complete each question. The teacher or student(s) will
then grade their exam using the Scoring Guidelines. This whole process of
setting up the rubric, writing the answer to the questions, and going over the
answer should take no more than 25 minutes per FRQ (short).
Remember, you still have all of the resources and assessments that The College Board® provides for you and your students.

The 1995 graduating class of University High School, where I was the
AP Microeconomics and AP Macroeconomics instructor, asked me if
I would be its keynote speaker at its commencement ceremony.
Here is the link to the 12-minute commencement address. It was
taken in analog and transferred to digital in 2011, so please forgive
the blurriness of the video. The words are far more important.
At the end of the video, stop it, and readyour what your assignment
is after seeing and hearing the speech.
