Students have 10 minutes to prepare for the FRQs, prior to
starting on the three FRQs:

#1 Long Question   5 minutes to prepare rubric
#2 Short-Question  2 1/2 minutes to prepare rubric
#3 Short-Question  2 1/2 minutes to prepare rubric

The multiple choice section of the exam is roughly 67% of the exam
and the FRQs section is roughly 33% of the exam.

Directions on how to teach students to set up a rubric:

1)  On the links below, you will see an interactive rubric plus
     the ability to show how the answer is scored.
2)  To see the scoring guidelines (rubric) on the links below,
     scroll down the website.
2)  Have students write their answers to the FRQ question  
     on a separate sheet of paper making sure they label
     their answers (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, etc.) and separate
     each answer with a space.  (12 1/2 minutes)
3)  When the time is up, use the interactive answers located
     next to the questions in the links below and have the  
     students either yell out the correct answer and asking
     students who wants to explain why.
Day 3:  Week 2

The Baseball Game below will take an entire 55-minute class
period if played correctly.  Read the Baseball Rules so you
understand how to set up the students inside your classroom.
If you can, try to send two students to teacher's computer
system to either type in their answers or draw their answers.

1)  print or copy enough A - E cutout cards from the pdf below.
2)  cut the letters out in rectangles and put them in a piles of A - E.
3)  make a stack of A - E cards for each student in the class
4)  show the multiple choice questions in the links below.
5)  have the students hold up their answer after reading the  
     questions and answers A - E and giving them time to think.
6)  continue with each question.
